Frequently Asked Questions


How do I place my booking?


To obtain the availability, simply choose the destination and hotel you wish to stay in, fill in the booking request form and we will notify you of the confirmation of availability very shortly, usually within 48 hours but this may take a little longer during the busy period. If you have not received any response within 2 business days, please do not hesitate to contact our Reservation Department.

In case your chosen hotel is fully booked, you will also be notified.


When will I receive the confirmation of my booking?

You will receive the confirmation/notification indicating the status of your booking within 48 hours.


Do I need to pay upon making reservation?

No, we do not require your credit card details upon your initial inquiry. But when you confirm your booking, we do require full prepayment by credit card.

What credit cards do you accept?

We do accept VISA, MasterCard, JCB and SCB


What security am I guaranteed when using a credit card?

The secure online information form uses the latest encryption technology Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which means that all of the information you enter is converted into a scrambled code, that is securely transmitted over the internet to the secure server. The information can only be read by the Customer Reservation Department.

When I arrive the hotel, what's next?

Upon booking confirmation, you will receive a confirmation voucher with all your reservation details by e-mail. Please print it out and present to the hotel upon checking in.


Can I pay directly to the hotel when I arrive?

No. To get our special rate, full prepayment must be made through phukethotelsroom.com - not directly to the hotel.


Can I make a booking directly through the hotel?

Yes. But you will usually be charged for the full walk-in rate, which is an average of 30% to 50% more.


What is the children policy?

For children under 12 years, sharing the room with their parents without an extra-bed there is no charge, but ABF for the child shall will be paid directly to hotel. Maximum 2 children.

For children under 12 years, sharing the room with their parents with an extra-bed, the Triple rate is applied.

Rates are subject to change without notice.


Is Breakfast included?

Each hotel has a different policy. Please see details on the rate page of each hotel whether the ABF is included or not.


Can I amend my booking after confirmation?

Yes, the amendment can be made through our Reservation Department before the arrival date - this is depend on the availability of the hotel. But for the high/ peak season, this might not be allowed.

Can I extend my stay when I am at hotel?

Yes. Please contact our Reservation Department for that purpose, otherwise you will be charged (by the hotel) the full walk-in rate. This is depends on the hotel availability.


What is your cancellation policy?

If you wish to cancel your booking, please let us know as early as possible.

Cancellation period

Cancellation charges which will be applied
+ 14 Days prior to arrival No Cancellation Fee.
13-7 Days prior to arrival 10 percent of your total booking or one night cancellation fee.
6-3 Days prior to arrival 10 percent of your total booking plus one night cancellation fee.
2-0 Days prior to arrival Your total booking cost.

**For some festive periods, special conditions may apply.


What is your Confidentiality and Privacy Policy?

We take confidentiality and privacy very seriously and we will not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, license, sell or redistribute any of your personal profile information.


What are your late check out policies:

Late check out can be required until 2 PM - free of charge (On request and subjects to availability)
Late check out until 6 PM the hotel will charge half day rate.
Late check out after 6 PM the hotel will charge one night.
